What we do with what you share.

Short version: as little as possible, and never for sale.

Contact form

When you send a message, we store your name, email, phone (if given) and message so we can reply, and we email it to the church. We keep messages for up to two years.

Prayer requests

Prayer requests are read only by the pastor. They are never posted on the website, in the bulletin, or on social media. They are emailed to the pastor and stored on our system for up to twelve months, after which they are automatically deleted. If you leave your name blank, your request is anonymous.

Newsletter

We store your email address and first name (if given) only after you confirm your subscription by clicking the link we email you. Every newsletter has a one-click unsubscribe link. We never share or sell the list.

Abuse prevention

To stop spam, we store a one-way hash of your internet address when you submit a form. It cannot be turned back into your address and is used only to limit repeated submissions.

Analytics

We use privacy-friendly, cookie-free page analytics to see which pages are visited. No personal information is collected and nothing follows you around the web.

Third parties

Form data is stored with Supabase and email is sent through Resend. The map on our contact page is provided by Google Maps and is subject to Google's privacy policy. We don't use advertising trackers.

Questions

Email hal@riversidechurchoxford.com and we'll answer, or delete your data on request.
